Swiss chalet
Located high in the Swiss mountains, this chalet is as traditional as you would expect. Firemen red shutters and wooden engraved beams as you see in many mountain villages across Switzerland. An alpine idyll for an interior photography session with perfectly curated snow.

On the inside, the interior design team at Sims Hilditch have captured their timeless country style. In places, the wood panelling has been painted white; in others, it is laid bare giving a warm glow to the rooms.
With a soft colour palette, the bedrooms invite you to rest after a long day's skiing (or photographing). The Bobbin beds from Chelsea Textiles add a splash of colour in Dove.

At the heart of any home is the kitchen. Sims Hilditch have created a kitchen that draws in the family.
Flowing from the dining room, the light-filled kitchen opens onto the wraparound terrace. Eating inside or outside, weather-permitting, makes this the social place to be.
With a peekaboo window onto landing, it is easy to see what is going on elsewhere in the house.
The finishes to the kitchen are impeccable with the glossy artisanal tiles created by Marlborough Tiles; and of course, the hearth of any kitchen - the Aga.
