AlPINE Interiors

Capturing the essence of the interior of an alpine chalet is an art in itself. Interior designers choose to photograph their properties to not only record their projects and promote their work, but also to remember that feeling of a completed project.

Earlier this year, Morgen Interiors commissioned the interior photographer, Haute'Xposure, to do just that for their project, Chalet Potala, in Verbier, Switzerland.

As far as the eye can see

Chalet Potala stands out like a gem amongst Verbier ski chalets. With endless views across the Val de Bagnes, the living room is the perfect place to take it all in.

Thomas Tritsch at Morgen Interiors has created the ideal space for absorbing these views with windows on all three sides. With low seating, the wraparound windows remain unobstructed. This allows light to stream in and fill the space.

Central to the living room is of course the suspended fireplace which rotates according to where else you want to hang out.

cleanse and detox

Chalet Potala has that perfect Verbier party vibe. With four bedrooms and a cinema room, it remains intimate and private at the same time.

With a flow and vibrance of fun, it has been designed to welcome its guests up a spiral staircase from the spa area in the basement to the living room at the top of the house.

In between are the bedrooms. The principal bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that wrap-over giving ever more sky to the day.

Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom with their very own individual characters. Of course, showers in Verbier need views. Whether shaving or showering, the mountains surround you with their beauty.

At this altitude, privacy is guaranteed.

For an interior photographer in Switzerland or anywhere else for that matter, Haute'Xposure is always open to talk or even drop us a line.
